We’ve managed outsourced service desks with over 30 staff providing support to an enterprise customer, we’ve managed server estates with thousands of components and we’re used to delivering against strict SLA’s.
Our service desk team are skilled in most of the technologies that you will use in your business, including the Microsoft product suite, Apple Mac, and many opensource operating systems and applications. Our experience in supporting many disparate technologies from a single management platform means that we will become a single point of contact for all of your business’s IT requirements.
